I am so privileged to work for Tearfund, a wonderful Christian NGO as Head of Global HR. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, I have over 20 years experience of leading the HR function. Ironically, I’m actually not at all comfortable with the term Human Resources and prefer to think of it as encouraging and developing Human Resourcefulness.
My area of interest includes employee engagement, talent development, participatory methods, employment law in the context of Christian distinctiveness, learning and recruitment both in a UK and international setting. I am passionate about helping Christian organisations achieve their goals by developing and implementing effective HR/OD interventions in the context of complexity and change.
My vices are guitars, photography and Arsenal FC.
